Easiest Way To Stop Regaining Weight That You Lost
You have lost weight but did you know it can be an equally tougher problem to stop regaining the same weight?
I realised this was an issue after recently seeing the "Body For Life" (BFL) participants at my gym.
An older male of 40 years, a young guy about mid 20s and a female in her 30s were all previous winners but they had become overweight, again!
I couldn't understand it, how after all they went through and knowledge learnt that they were so out of shape.

Surviving Breast Cancer - One Story that Needs To Be Heard

I don't know this lady personally but her name is Stephanie and it's about a woman and her life journey with Breast Cancer.

I just didn't have the required superhuman powers needed: actually seemed insignificant if you ask me.

One Super Hero Needed! Must Pass Workout Exam

Batman would be cool!, however a few things stopped me!
I merely didn't have the needed superhuman powers necessary, it seemed so minor at the time.
Ironman 2 is about to hit our screens so I wanted to be sure I could at least continue to keep up with Robert Downey Jr's Ironman.
I compiled a number of challenges that would give me a great gauge of my talents to turn into a superhero.

There is so much information out there of what works and what doesn’t.
Everybody becomes afraid to eat, they forget to enjoy themselves and end up being miserable or completely put off. They even try to stop to loosing weight ( that would be the worse to give up).
Everyone loves eating, right?
A healthy nutrition plan rather than a diet is the easiest way to loose weight and stay lean for the long term
It's hard to do in reality since food is so nice, well it makes me feel good and comfy.
And don't even mention chocolate!
So if you’re sick & tired of confusing carb-restriction diet programs that leave you starving and left with porky belly, then there is a better approach.
Oh yes, you need carbs for energy.
If you are working hard in the gym, a low carb diet is going to leave you flat at times and possibly even tired.
