Everybody becomes afraid to eat, they forget to enjoy themselves and end up being miserable or completely put off. They even try to stop to loosing weight ( that would be the worse to give up).
Everyone loves eating, right?
A healthy nutrition plan rather than a diet is the easiest way to loose weight and stay lean for the long term
It's hard to do in reality since food is so nice, well it makes me feel good and comfy.

If you are working hard in the gym, a low carb diet is going to leave you flat at times and possibly even tired.

Believe it I've tried low carb, low fat, low protein low everything!
A basic real food nutrition plan is;
Carbs - Vegetables, fruits, oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole grains
Fats - Fish, olive oil, flax seeds
Proteins - Fish, Chicken, Lean beef, Eggs

It is confusing about this whole fat loss diet thing…the so-called experts are make big profits with their special shakes, diet pills and protein bars that they sell to you. It costs a fortune to be healthy.

Watch out for programs that have supplements to sell or hidden agenda.
Instead, keep your nutrition program simple so that it is easy to follow.
Success is by keeping things simple and easy!
HERE is A SECRET for Eating More CARBS:
Rotate your dietary intake of carbs.
What I mean is if your goal is to loose weight or better yet body fat then you need to have less energy (food) coming in then out ( activity).
So you tend to eat less or go on a diet. That's OK but don't do it forever or I mean continuously. It will only make you sad.
Your body works better in cycling food and also exercise.
For example: 3 weeks eat low calories then 1 week have a break. Eat up especially the good carbs. then go back to eating low calories again.
I'll bet you'll look forward for towards that week.
Eating like this males can stay at 9-10% body fat all year round while eating tons of carbs and loving every meal – rather than following a diet plan that is so restrictive it causes binges.
As you lower your weight to your goal weight you will start to think more of loosing body fat.
If this is the case you can reduce it from monthly to weekly cycles.
THIS WILL GET YOU LEAN.
I’m around 10% or less body fat and in order to stop having cravings or food binges I cycle my calorie intake usually with a lot of yummy carbs.
