Walk for Weight Loss: Try to Dog it WOOF

The health benefits of walking are quite obvious but having a dog not only as a companion but as an exercise partner will help you get out there and do it.

I get excellent results when I walk for weight loss, it's also the easiest and cheapest way to exercise.

However, if I can walk with my dogs it makes it more enjoyable for all of us. It's a Win-Wag-Win s
