Eat Carbs Get Lean and eat Chocolate too!
EAT, EAT and EAT to loose weight, Huh?
There is so much information out there of what works and what doesn’t.
Everybody becomes afraid to eat, they forget to enjoy themselves and end up being miserable or completely put off. They even try to stop to loosing weight ( that would be the worse to give up).
Everyone loves eating, right?
A healthy nutrition plan rather than a diet is the easiest way to loose weight and stay lean for the long term
It's hard to do in reality since food is so nice, well it makes me feel good and comfy.
And don't even mention chocolate!
So if you’re sick & tired of confusing carb-restriction diet programs that leave you starving and left with porky belly, then there is a better approach.
Oh yes, you need carbs for energy.
If you are working hard in the gym, a low carb diet is going to leave you flat at times and possibly even tired.
Yes there are good carbs and bad carbs!
And don't even mention chocolate!

Celebrity Fitness for over 40s - Hugh Jackman's workout
Is over 40 over the hill for building a buff and fit body?
Well not for some especially actors like Hugh Jackman. He looks amazing for his scenes in Wolverine.
And he is able to go from one body shape (like for the movie Australia) then back to buffed Wolverine.
Looking at his physique its well defined and lean you can see how vascular he is become for the role i.e his body fat is low.
Ok, most people can do that you say. But the point is he is over 40 and his body isn't the same as a fully souped up testosterone 20 year old.
So how does he do it?
